Through this monitoring/control centre it provides its clients not only with alarm intrusion or fire monitoring services but also with an extensive range of supporting technological services with the lowest monthly subscription fee and the maximum offering amenities from all security companies in Cyprus.

The security system is connected with the 24hrs control/monitoring centre of our company in Limassol with just €20+V.A.T = €23.80 per month.

Three (3)-months FREE period on the subscription services (monitoring, maintenance and patrol services (Limassol city boundaries only) are provided with the installation of a security system.

The subscription package includes the monitoring of the events of the system, the customer’s update in case of incidents such as burglary attempt, fire detection, power cut e.t.c. and dispatch of the patrol for check in the case of any suspicious occurrence.

The package subscription contains also technical support and full maintenance of the system including the replacement of batteries, the change of codes, the technical visit in case of fault/problem as well as the guarantee of the system.

What is important in this case is the fact that the responsibility for the operational status of the system belongs to the company, while the subscriber is not obliged to pay any system maintenance expenses unless the addition or replacement of equipment is requested.

In case a customer does not wish to be a subscriber of our services, fixed charges apply when we are notified for technical support concerning the communication or maintenance of the security system such us replacement of batteries, fault check etc). In this case (non-subscription) our company is not responsible for the working condition of the security system.
